I went yesterday; straight off the boat, newbie white belt with 10 months of training. They have quite a good class so they break it down into beginner and intermediate in the afternoon. I rolled with the beginners and felt like I was definitely with my peers. Then, we did king of the mountain where the blue and the brown belts came in. These guys were super helpful and very appreciative of new people coming in willing to learn, humble and asking questions. I am going back today for more!

My son and I started training Jiu Jitsu over 5 years ago at this gym. From the moment I walked in the door I knew this was the place for us. This gym is clean and professional. Felipe and his team of professors teach fundamentals through advanced technique with second to none attention to detail and emphasize building good character. You will find challenging and respectful training partners at all skill levels here. I highly recommend this school and have never regretted my decision to join. I have watched my son grow into a confident yet humble young man here.

When someone dedicates their life to a craft it is displayed in the product. Training under one of Felipe’s satellite gyms, I’ll often get to come to Zicro in Tallahassee, and I am constantly challenged by the students that train under Felipe every week. The environment is welcoming and professional. We love to make it a family event when I go train and my toddler is dying to roll on the mats! Love Zicro!
